software, but I like to ask because it encourages the idea that you can actually

  * Tuesdays
     - Send a reminder to the following week's speakers using something like the above template
     - Bug the current week's speakers for an abstract if necessary
  * Thursdays, send a notice about Friday's JC speaker/topic. For ease of copy-paste, the addresses are: ''faculty@astro.berkeley.edu, research@astro.berkeley.edu, students@astro.berkeley.edu, postdocs@astro.berkeley.edu, astromajors@astro.berkeley.edu''
  * Fridays
     - At ~11:30, send out another reminder email to the same set of lists.
     - At noon, do Journal Club.
